The terms, without the fog.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of llmstxtgenerator.co and its website crawler, generator, dashboard, checker, hosted artifacts, email flows, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service discovers public website pages, uses those pages to create AI-assisted summaries, and produces a Markdown file in the llms.txt format. The Service does not guarantee that an AI system, search engine, crawler, or other third party will read, use, rank, or act on the file.

The Service may provide a free preview of up to the first 5 discovered URLs without an account or payment card. Preview availability, page limits, and other free features may change to prevent abuse or reflect product changes.

You may create an account using a passwordless email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity carried out through your account. Do not share sign-in links or use another person’s account without permission.

Projects created before sign-in may be connected to an account through a claim process. You are responsible for verifying that the project belongs to you before claiming it.

You may submit a website only when you have the right to request its crawl and to use the resulting summaries and links. You must not use the Service to bypass authentication, paywalls, access controls, robots directives, rate limits, or technical restrictions.

You are responsible for the website URL and content you submit, including its legality, accuracy, ownership, and compliance with the rights of other people. Submit public business content only. Do not intentionally submit confidential information, personal data you are not authorized to process, malware, or content that violates applicable law.

Our crawler may follow common sitemap locations and public internal links. A website’s server may block or limit requests, and some pages may be unavailable, non-HTML, too large, or return an error. Individual page problems generally do not prevent a paid artifact from being published, but a critical failure such as an unavailable homepage or complete discovery failure may prevent generation.

The Service uses AI to analyze public website content and draft business context and page summaries. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, ambiguous, or incorrect. You must review the generated file before relying on it, publishing it, or using it in a business, legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact context.

You remain responsible for the final llms.txt file, the public pages it links to, and any claims or descriptions contained in the artifact. The Service is a generation and maintenance tool, not professional advice or a guarantee of factual accuracy.

Paid access is a one-time purchase for the project selected at checkout. Current tiers are:

• Up to 200 discovered pages: $9 one time.
• 201–500 discovered pages: $19 one time.
• More than 500 discovered pages: $29 one time.

The applicable tier is based on the page count used at checkout. Prices may be updated for future purchases; the price shown before you confirm payment applies to that checkout.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. A payment is considered approved when the Service confirms the payment through its payment-approval flow. After approval, the purchased generation is queued.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, payments are not recurring subscriptions. If you believe a payment was made in error or the purchased workflow cannot be delivered, contact hello@llmstxtgenerator.co with the checkout details.

A paid project receives a public URL for its published llms.txt artifact. Anyone with that URL may be able to retrieve the file. You should not include private or confidential information in the source content that the artifact summarizes.

Paid projects include automatic update attempts approximately every 24 hours and a manual update option in the dashboard. Updates may discover new pages, reflect changed pages, remove pages that are no longer discovered, or preserve a previous published artifact when a critical workflow failure occurs.

We aim to keep the public URL stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular update time, a particular page count, or that every source page will be included.

You must use the Service lawfully and in a way that does not harm the Service or other users. You must not:

• Probe, scan, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to crawl websites without authorization or to evade access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Upload or submit malicious code, unlawful content, or information that infringes another person’s rights.
• Attempt to access another user’s account, project, payment information, dashboard, or unpublished artifact.
• Misrepresent generated content as human-reviewed, guaranteed, or endorsed by llmstxtgenerator.
• Use the Service for automated activity that creates unreasonable load or bypasses preview or payment limits.

You retain your rights in the website content and information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to fetch, process, store, transform, and display that information to operate the Service and provide your project.

The Service, its software, branding, interface, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to the Service operator. These Terms do not grant you ownership of them. You may use your generated artifact for your website and business, subject to your rights in the source content and any third-party rights.

The Service is provided on an evolving basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including free preview limits and update behavior. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, abuse the Service, or fail to pay an amount due.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account or project deletion, contact hello@llmstxtgenerator.co. Deleting a project may remove its hosted artifact and update history and may not be reversible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI output, website discovery, page summaries, pricing classification, or update results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for intentional misconduct or personal injury where applicable.

We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means that the updated Terms apply, subject to any rights that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
